Shipping Rules
You can enjoy free standard shipping for all products in our store.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped from our overseas warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Within 48 hours of shipment, you can track your package by visiting the tracking service website.
Shipping Time for Overseas Warehouse Stocked Items
1、Order Processing Time
We typically ship from the designated warehouse within 1-2 business days, extended to 3-5 business days during peak seasons.
The time required to prepare your product, conduct rigorous quality control testing, and carefully package the item for shipment is separate from the delivery time. We hope for your understanding.
2、Delivery Time
Delivery time for the USA, EU regions, and Australia is 5-7 business days after order processing.
For other regions, please contact customer service at support@shorelivings.com for delivery times and shipping methods.
3、Shipping & Tax Fees Items
purchased on the Shore website are shipped for free and inclusive of taxes, with no additional charges incurred.
Shipping Time for Pre-sale Items
For products such as laser TV cabinets and rollable screens undergoing pre-sale, delivery time is 45-60 days after ordering.
Shipping Time for Personalized Customized Items
Due to the customization process according to user requirements, the delivery time for personalized items is 60-90 days after ordering.
Mailing Address
Providing a complete and correct delivery address is crucial. Once your order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, we will be unable to change the delivery address. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will immediately contact you for correction, and the parcel will be reshipped, possibly incurring additional shipping fees. You must provide a daytime telephone number for all orders. Sometimes parcels are returned to Shore due to delivery failure. When the carrier returns undeliverable parcels to Shore, please contact Shore to arrange for reshipment.
