Our return, refund, and exchange policy reiterates our commitment to providing quality products and excellent service to our customers; below are the terms and conditions that constitute our policy. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
Please carefully inspect for any wrong or missing items, as well as damages or other quality issues caused by logistics during delivery when receiving your goods. If any issue are found, please contact us immediately. After confirming the issue with the product, we will either resend it to you free of charge or provide a refund.
If the product arrives damaged (DOA), we will provide a refund or replacement. Please submit your request within 7 days of receipt.We will inform you of the return or repair product mailing address via email.
During the warranty period, you can enjoy free repair or replacement. Please contact customer service for specific requirements. Returns must include all accessories:
The product must be in its original packaging.The specific retail address for returns or exchanges will be notified to you via email.
For non-quality return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
The refund period is a maximum of 30 days after the order, and the refund will be returned to the original payment method upon inspection approval.
For products not purchased directly through the SHORE online store, please contact the retailer for return, refund, or exchange services.We will wholeheartedly serve you.
Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty
SHORE provides this limited warranty to the original purchaser of SHORE ROLATV brand products. The warranty ensures that the product is free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal, indoor, residential, or commercial use conditions for the periods listed below:
Smart Cabinets: 1-year limited warranty;
Screens: 1-year limited warranty;
Projectors: Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the default product warranty period is one year from the date of receipt.
Warranty Coverage
All quality-related defects for products purchased directly from SHORE website or authorized SHORE ROLATV distributors are covered by the limited warranty.
For after-sales warranty of laser TV cabinets, only new products are sent without repairs.

Quality-Related Warranty Claims
The limited warranty for SHORE ROLATV is limited to the purchasing country/region. The limited warranty is invalid for items carried outside the original purchasing country/region or items shipped directly from authorized online purchases.
Quality-related warranty claims for products purchased through SHORE ROLATV authorized distributors and retailers will be handled by SHORE .
Process:
The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
SHORE must document the circumstances occurring during the buyer's troubleshooting of the product.
Serial numbers of defective products and/or visible evidence describing the defects are required. Valid purchase proofs include:
Order numbers for purchases made through SHORE ROLATV or authorized distributor online purchases.
Invoices from offline distributor sales. Please note that processing warranty claims may require more than one type of purchase proof (such as remittance receipts and confirmation of original shipping addresses).
Not Covered by Warranty:
Reasons other than confirmed defects.
Products without sufficient purchase proof.
Lost or stolen products.
Items beyond the warranty period.
Non-quality issues.
Free products.
Repairs by third parties.
Damage caused by misuse of the product (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water, and improper operation of equipment).
Purchases from unauthorized sources.
